• My working EQ is what is the most essential way to manage a coffee shop.

E.Q: What is the most essential way to manage a coffee shop?

• To manage a coffee shop effectively, a manager must follow the "five ways of being" that Starbucks management developed for there stores. This "moto" provides a manager the correct way to view his employees and actually manage a coffee store correctly. 

3.  What is the most important source you have used that has helped you come up with an answer to your working EQ? 

• The most important source I've used so far is "The Starbucks Experience" by Joseph Mitchelli

4.  Who is your mentor, or where are you volunteering, and how does what you are doing relate to your working EQ? 

• My mentor is Daniel Lerch, Im currently working at Starbucks therefore I'm shadowing my mentors daily activities and tasks in managing his own coffee shop.
